Return Eligibility
- Books: Books in new, unopened condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If a book is received damaged or defective, customers can request a return or exchange.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Email cyhm@margarettaribo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Await a return authorization email with instructions.
- Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
- Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return authorization email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
