Delete Your Account

The deletion flow is the same on the landlord domain and on each tenant's custom domain. Use the domain where you created the account.

1. Sign in to the store where you created your account.
2. Go to Account Settings.
3. In the Danger Zone, select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the prompt to permanently delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account removes your user profile and login methods (password or social sign-in links). Transaction records may be retained to meet legal, tax, or compliance obligations.

Can't Access Your Account?

If you can't sign in, contact us and we will help process a deletion request.
