To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Margaret-Taribo1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Margaret-Taribo1 for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
